Why can’t I get any audio from the computer?

Check the audio has not been muted, using Control Panel or the sound icon in the taskbar. If you are using a laptop, check the 3.5mm audio jack has been inserted into the headphone socket. If there is an audio amp in the room, ensure it has not been accidentally switched off.
